Mini Golf at Disney Fantasia Gardens
If your looking for something fun to do while at Disney that isn’t in the parks and that you don’t have to wait in an enormously long line for, then your in luck!
You actually don’t even have to have Disney tickets for this little gem, it’s Disney Fantasia Gardens mini golf!
What is better than the good ole family past-time mini golf? It’s always a blast! The best part about the gardens is that you won’t need a Fastpass and you don’t have to pay for parking! SCORE!

Course Choices
Fantasia Gardens just celebrated its 25th year anniversary in May of 2021! The gardens has two courses to choose from, The Gardens Course and The Fairways Course.
According to Disney, the Fairways Course is, “18 holes filled with deep bunkers, water hazards, dog legs, and roughs”.
The Gardens Course is, “18 holes of whimsical fun. Play through five musical sequences of the Disney animated masterpiece Fantasia.”.
I recommend the gardens course for less serious play, it features characters, waterworks, and sounds and is more geared for the younger kids, but I would prefer this course as well.
If you are a more experienced golfer and looking for a challenge, then definitely go for the fairways as it opts out of the frills and fun and gets down to golfing business with its harder level of play.
Prices and Hours
The whole course is themed from the 1940s Disney classic Fantastia. The course is open everyday, The Gardens Course is open from 10:00am to 10:00pm while the Fairways closes one hour earlier at 9:00pm.
For adults the course is $14.00 for 18 holes and children ages 3-9 are $12.00, be sure to ask for any discounts that may apply to you (like annual Passholder).

The Gardens have you covered with Disney collectable pins some even golf themed, Disney masks in case you left yours at home.
Fantasia Gardens also have Mickey golf balls, Fantasia Mickey plush dolls, snacks from Chip N Dales Snack Co. and Goofy’s Candy Co., sun hats, shirts, and lets not forget sunscreen!
The Florida sun can be brutal but fortunately Fantasia Gardens does provide a good amount of shade at each hole.
If you are in need of some more serious snacks or some ice cold beverages then hop on in to the snack and refreshments room!
They have an assortment of beers and hard ciders, soda, sweet tea, gatorade, and water.
If you missed lunch you can snack on some nachos or chips, or if you missed dessert they have Mickey’s ice cream bars, or ice cream sandwiches, Minute Maid frozen lemonades, Frozen popsicles, and more!
The Course
Each hole has a music stand that has a little jig that tells you the secret to the best score for each hole.
Some holes require a little more force and some a little finesse, but each member of my family was able to score a hole-in-one on at least one hole.
You will be dodging musical notes, hitting through moving snowflakes, listening to the sounds as your ball makes its way through chimes to the hole.
About mid-way through the course you get to enter Mount Olympus which is dark and eerie. You have to hit your ball through to cave and there will be a surprise waiting for you through the other side of the cave.
The second half of the course is filled with mythological creatures, dancing hippos, elephants, ostriches, and more. Toward he end of the course you find the mouse himself, Mickey!
He is the next to last whole and when you make it to the final whole, you will hit your ball into the whirlpool and have a cute little surprise!
Disney’s Fantasia Gardens is definitely a fun change of pace to include in your trip!
The kids will love it, you will love it, and you will want to make it a Disney tradition for your family whenever you visit!
